Class Waiver

Recording Consent: I understand that "Art With Lauren" live classes are recorded. These recordings will be made available to families who wish to revisit missed classes. By accepting this class waiver, I grant permission for "Art With Lauren" to record my learner's participation in classes and to share these recordings.

Use of Class Clips: Class clips may also be used for educational, commercial, and promotional purposes, such as painting tutorials on the "Art With Lauren" website. By accepting this class waiver, I grant permission for "Art With Lauren" to use class clips for the aforementioned purposes. 

Waiver and Release of Liability: By accepting this class waiver, I waive and release any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses, and damages against "Art With Lauren," and related personnel arising from or related to the participation of my learner in classes and the use of recorded classes and photographs as stated herein. This release includes any claims of negligence.

Acknowledgement: I acknowledge that this agreement discharges "Art With Lauren" from any liability or claim that my family may have against "Art With Lauren" with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or damages that may result from my learner's participation in activities.
