What materials do we need?
No hunting down supplies here! We use the same materials each week:
📋 Watercolor paper (2 per class)
🎨 Watercolor paint & brush
🌊 Cup of water, small towel
✏️ Pencil, eraser, sharpie, crayons
✂️ Scissors & tape (painters or masking)
🧂 Table salt & glue
✨ Two tablespoons of creativity
What ages is this for?
I try to make lessons like a great Disney movie - fun for all ages! That said, most young artists develop an interest in lessons at around 5 years old.
I signed up - how do I access lessons?
Login, head to our lessons page, click on any lesson, and enjoy! You can watch lessons on any device with a browser. If you're on an iPad or tablet, "bookmark" the lessons page to your home page, and it will look like an app.
Billing
Can I gift lessons to someone?
Sure! Sign up, then send me a note with the name and email of the friend you want to get Art Club for.
Is it easy to cancel?
Super easy! Click the little person icon in the menu, then "my memberships", then scroll down to the big red "cancel membership" button.
Refund Policy
30-day Happy Kid Guarantee: If your kids genuinely don't like lessons, send me a picture of a finished lesson within your first 30-days after signing up, and I'll send you a refund.
Support
Videos say "Lesson Preview" / My Membership Page Isn't Loading
Have a membership, but you're still seeing a lesson preview / your membership page isn't loading? This happens when you pay for Art Club with one email, then accidentally login with a separate email (thank you, autocomplete!). It takes less than a minute to fix.
Step 1: Click the little person icon in the menu, then click "logout"
Step 2: Log back in with the email tied to your membership
If you're not sure which email you signed up with, search your email for a receipt from me. The subject will be "Receipt" or "Thank you". If you have any trouble, let me know!
The video says "Sorry we're having trouble"
This can happen if you're on an old browser, you have too many tabs open, or your internet is spotty. 99% of the time, it resolves itself if you restart your browser (and if that doesn't work, try restarting your computer). Please reach out to me if you have any trouble, and we'll get you all sorted out!

Quiet Audio
The audio on older videos can be very quiet for some people. We're working on fixing it! In the meantime, if your audio is quiet, please reach out - there are a few things we can do ✨
