Artemis: A View from the Moon

Calling all space explorers! In this galactic adventure, we'll learn about the Artemis II Space Mission - an epic journey that not only took four astronauts around the moon, but also the farthest that any human has ever been in outer space 🌕 🚀

This adventure is a great opportunity to practice the Wet-on-Wet technique to paint Planet Earth and practice drawing craters.

Traceables in 3 Easy Steps

If drawing is hard for your learner, make a quick traceable! Traceables can help younger artists build fine motor skills and confidence.

3. Transfer to watercolor paper

Place your traceable on your watercolor paper with the scribbled side down. Firmly trace over the lines. When you remove the traceable, you will see a faint sketch has transferred over to your watercolor paper. This gives your learner a guide to draw over during class!
