Wild Robot
In this adventure we're painting Roz from the Wild Robot! Roz is a helpful and intelligent robot that gets stranded on an island and has to adapt to her surroundings. While there, she makes a few animal friends and helps a young goose learn how to fly. This lesson is a great chance to practice drawing shapes and learn about background vs foreground in a work of art.
Techniques: shapes, wet-on-wet technique, fall colors, background and foreground

Hi, my name is Millie and 11 years old and I love the wild robot. I read the book in school a few years ago and now I’m reading it again and I just watched the movie last year and I think the scenes are beautiful. I didn’t know that somebody painted it. This was such a fun last night started these not that long ago and I think this is my third painting.
We loved painting as a family and learning new techniques! Mom's on top, almost 4 year old in middle, and 8 year old on the bottom.
drawing and painting Roz, Fink, and Brightbill was really awesome and my favorite but painting the back round was still pretty fun
